展覽論述：
隨著網路社群媒介的不斷傳播，災難的訊息以碎片化的方式佔據我們的感官，從不斷發生的天災、無窮的末日預言與想像，到全球性的政治對抗，這些資訊正時刻提醒著人們將至的威脅，並在日常生活中填充懸而未決的末日感。
本展以人類從古至今的恐懼「世界末日」為主軸，當戰爭、災厄與緊張的政治局勢全面滲透生活，末日預言作為一種跨文化、跨歷史的敘事，其功能並非單純預示災難，而在於建構一種持續警覺的心理，進而形塑集體潛意識與行為。這種懸置的狀態，將終結之時置於延遲未至的循環之中，而身處其中的人們又該如何面對環繞四周的危險？或許其中的恐懼就像一面鏡子，指引我們在秩序崩解的陰影中審視自身與環境、集體的關係。

In the constant circulation of social media, fragmented images of disaster—natural calamities, endless doomsday prophecies, global political confrontations—saturate our daily lives, sustaining a suspended a sense of doom.

Focusing on the enduring human fear of “the end of the world,” this exhibition examines how apocalyptic narratives, across cultures and histories, function not only to foretell catastrophe but to maintain a state of vigilance that shapes the collective unconscious. In this suspended state—where the end is endlessly deferred—fear becomes a mirror, reflecting our relationships to the environment, to the collective, and to geopolitics under the shadow of a collapsing order.
